Music: Tenerife Symphony Orchestra
This Friday, February 3, the Symphonic Orchestra of Tenerife will be presented in Lanzarote at the Jameos del Agua Auditorium, at 8:00 p.m.
The Symphonic Orchestra of Tenerife presents a program in Homage to Juan Hidalgo, under the direction of Arturo Tamayo and Carole Sydney Louis, soprano:
- C.E. Ives - The unanswred question.
- J. Hidalgo - Tal vez/ (in memoriam Charles Ives).
- A. Schönberg - Erwartung op. 18 (Monodrama en un acto).
The ticket is priced at € 20 and is on sale Online or at the box office of Jameos del Agua on the day of the performance.
2. Freestyle Football Exhibition. Deiland
On Friday, February 3, at 6:00 pm, the Deiland Shopping Center organizes a Freestyle Football Exhibition. In charge of Airam Morín, 16 years old from Lanzarote, Runner-up of Spain in this amazing modality.
3. Farewell to the Winter Sky. San Gabriel Castle

5:30 pm. Solemn performance, in honor of San Blas, with musical accompaniment of the Choir "La Candelaria" and Procession.
8:00 pm. "XIII Encuentro de Timples La Candelaria y San Blas": "XIII Timples Meeting La Candelaria and San Blas", with the performance of the students of the Municipal School of Timples of Tias and the Timplist Laura Martel, in the Municipal Theater of Tias, organized by the Musical Cultural Association Guágaro.
Saturday, February 4

5. Dance Workshop "Chinidanza"
The Civic Center of Arrecife will host this Friday February 3 from 7:00 pm, the closing ceremony of the "Chinidanza" Dance Workshop. Free entrance.
6. Limpieza litoral Caleta de Caballo, Beach cleanup
The associations Famara Limpia and COUP, organize a beach cleaning of the coast of Caleta Caballo from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sunday, February 5th.
Meeting point: Beach of Caleta Caballo.
The idea is to make beach cleaning as rutinary as cleaning your house. This beach receives a lot of plastic beacuse of its shape and orientation.

9. Presentation Gala of "Murga Los Desahuciados" 2017
This weekend the murgas will bring the music to Arrecife. Los Desahuciados act this Saturday at 8:30 pm at the Multicines Atlántida next to Chau Chau. Los Tity Roys will perform in Maneje at 9:30 pm. The order of participation contest for the Adult Murgas Contest of Carnival 2017 will be on Saturday at 12:00 pm in the Municipal Archive and then the Children's Murgas.
