Los Hermanos Bar: an Italian corner in the center of Arrecife A homemade focaccia bread and delicious coffee for a taste of southern Italy. We love finding new places and things to recommend to you. Well, here's an Italian corner in the heart of Arrecife that you'll love; “Los Hermanos” Bar is one of those places that you must try, we give it 5 of 5. The Bar Café offers true Italian food, or so our Italian friends in the island have told us. You can order the traditional pasta, made right then and there, and add any sauce you prefer, they are all delicious.
A charming place “Los Hermanos”, which means “The brothers”, get its name after brother and sister, Sara and Andrea. This Bar is run by its owners and the service it’s really great, you always feel comfortable because you are welcomed with a lovely smile. The girl who greeted us told us the daily specials, new each day. You must keep an eye on the menu boards which are full of promotions and exquisite dishes or tapas to try. First, the place is small, but cozy, we sat on the terrace outside the quaint local to enjoy the summer weather. If we had a recommendation would be: put more tables, we passed by another day and it was full and busy, but this time we were lucky. As for what's important: Los Hermanos Bar has a varied menu, both in Spanish and English with the residents and visitors in mind. The staff is also prepared to take your order in Spanish, English, German and Italian of course, so don't be worried about brushing up in your Spanish before going it!. It is located a few meters from the Parque José Ramírez Cerda, almost opposite the kiosk of Music in the street leading to the square (“La Plazuela”) right in the city center. Easily accessible to all who walk through the center of Arrecife, although now there is a construction near because the city hall is changing the main avenue, this bar is still very easy to find and go for an Italian coffee. Focaccia or burger First we went for tapas, because of their Tapa + Small Beer for € 1.50 promotion. Fine, fine, we went for the “cañas”, but we stayed for dinner. And we were surprised by the variety of dishes of this place. They also have very affordable prices and promotions that we appreciated especially after an afternoon of work. 
In our party of four, three ordered "Italian". But, as much we like the typical Italian food ... who does not love a good burger and fries? It really was one of us who asked the famous burger and left the rest of the group astonished (because we all had a bite of it). A homemade hamburger with prime beef and chips at their best, because there is nothing worse than poorly made fries. We loved the homemade bread too, it tasted like real bread. Like the focaccia, that was a success. It’s that “homemade” taste that captivates you. 
A coffee, please The “Los Hermanos” bar has coffee menu with 25 options. Every time we tried one, it made it more difficult to choose a favorite. As we all have different tastes in this list there is something for everyone. On the table there was from an espresso to a cafe Nutella (yes, nu-te-lla, you read correctly), which was more a dessert than a coffee, but divine. 
For dessert, well, we had a little too much. We ordered traditional chocolate churros. Can you tell we like a little chocolate? If you are "chocoholic" like us, then you'll love this place. And if you like coffee, you'll go crazy with so many options and unique blends of coffee in this place, all exquisite and created by Los Hermanos. What We Loved: * They have the detailed to approach the table and ask how everything was going. Very good customer service. They also recommend the daily specials. * The price is great for residents and exceptional for visitors. It is a combination of quality, good service and real Italian taste that will make you want more. * All kinds of coffee. It shows that they are prepared with love and dedication.
