Vulcano Winery

Vulcano Winery of Lanzarote was created in 2009, with the passion and absolute dedication to the cultivation and creation of young wines that are synonymous of exclusivity and exquisite quality, as a result of the selection and careful processing of the vines. The concept of "Bodega Boutique" focuses on the small production of young wines with great quality, to create a wine culture with spirit and identity.

The main characteristic of the Vulcano brand is the production of young wines in various fermentations throughout the year.

Lanzarote's winery Vulcano was the first winery to have its own "wort bank" or "wine base", keeping them at low temperatures. This process allows you to keep different items to make wine several times a year, which results in excellent quality and freshness that gives white (dry and semi-sweet volcanic Malvasia) and pink. This wine is marketed under the limited edition brand "Young Vulcano".

The cultivation of the vine in Lanzarote is practically manual, Unique in the world like the wine of Lanzarote. The vine is grown in a deep hole in the shape of an inverted cone covered with volcanic sand, which protects the plant from the wind and gives it moisture. The main variety used for our white wines is the autochthonous "volcanic malvasia".
