This route is done with a tour to the south of the island, passing through the village of Uga and going into the “Montañas del Fuego” (Fire Mountains). There will be a photo stop with the Camel at the “Echadero de Camellos” and there will be possibility of a camel ride (not included in price).
We’ll continue the visit through volcanic lands visiting the Timanfaya National Park. Here we can see the geothermic demonstrations on the Hilario Islet and we will go on the "Volcano Route" listening to the story of the eruptions occurred in Lanzarote in the past.
Then, we will head to the southern part of the island to admire the "Lava Coast" which includes a panoramic view of the Salinas del Janubio, representing the former economic activity on the island: the collection of salt also see Los Hervideros, one of the natural attractions of Lanzarote that impress with rocks sculpted by the action of sea and wind erosion.
After lunch, which will be in the village of Yaiza, awarded for its beauty and integration with the environment, we will continue with the route and cross the wine zone of Lanzarote, La Geria, example of adaptation and use of this particular soil of the world (with visit to a typical winery and tasting included).
The return to the different collection points will be about 3:30 pm, approximately.
