Requests for changes in reservations, should be submitted in writing to our email address to communicate them to the supplier and coordinate the transfer and will not take effect until we receive confirmation from this change in services.
The changes relating to the place of departure or destination, the number or age of passengers may generate additional charges for which the difference must be paid at the time of modification via credit card or paypal.

Remember it is your responsibility to check the information concerning the date, time and location listed on the voucher for the service or in emails we have exchanged later. For your safety, check that the arrival at the airport allows you to be at least 10 minutes before the opening of the check-in desk (not closing) and in any case, at least two hours before the scheduled departure.
In the reservation request, you must tell us if minors are traveling with you and the total number of passengers requiring transport. We have complimentary baby seats available to customers whome have previously requested them via email. Please notify us if traveling with children, transportation is subject to the availability of child restraints in the vehicle. If child restraints are not available, the fare will not be refunded as we are not obligated to provide the service.

In the voucher there is an emergency number available 24 hours a day.
The shuttle from the airport regarding flight delays, the deviation of routes or loss of connections the following policy applies:
Flight delays: Private hire vehicle with driver: waiting for up to three hours is included with respect to the planned arrival of the flight. If the flight is delayed more than three hours, you should contact the Provider to request the driver to wait for you. In this case, you must pay a fee before the service is performed. Otherwise, the service is not provided.Or a new pick up time is arranged.
Shuttles and shared vehicles: You will be offered a place on the next shuttle available.
