Arrieta celebrates the Fiestas del Carmen from this Friday, July 20th to Sunday, July 29th. Here you can see the program for this weekend:
Friday, July 20th
Decoration of the town.
Beginning of the photo contest.
6:00 pm. Drawing and start of the TRUCO championship at Socio cultural center La Garita.
7:00 pm. Parade with Woman Batuca along the main streets of Arrieta. Then, a performance by the batucada Merekumbé.
8:30 pm. Start of different championships.
9:30 pm. Inauguration of the street lighting and then Canarian fight.
Saturday, July 21st
8:00 am. Start of the fishing contest. Departure of the boats from the dock.
9:00 am. Beach cleaning campaign until 11:00 am.
12:00 pm. "Van Life Festival" at La Garita.
3:00 pm. Skateboarding championship in La Garita.
4:00 pm. Follow-up of different championships.
5:30 pm. Drawing and start of the Envite championshipat Socio cultural center La Garita
Sunday, July 22nd
11:00 am. Triangular women's soccer tournament in the field Ladislao Rodríguez Bonilla with C.D. Costa Norte, C.F Tinajo and C.D Lomo.
1:00 pm. Summer Carnival with:

- Zumba with Oliver, Petit, Cristina and Carmen Susi
- Los Conejeros
- DJ Javi Fajardo
- Concert with Acusti-k
7. XXVII International Festival Canarias Jazz & more Heineken
Tías will host this Friday, July 20th, the musical performance of Gilad Hekselman Trio and Naughty Professor, within the XXVII edition of the International Festival Canarias Jazz & more Heineken.
8. Music: Ángaro "New Season"
Ángaro returns to the Jameos del Agua auditorium this Sunday, July 22th, after the success of the first season. With a music show that brings " Living Traditions of the Canary Islands. Music and dance as a link between peoples".
9. IX Festival Guagime
Next Friday, July 20th, the IX Guagime Festival will be held at 9:00 pm at the Socio cultural center Santiago el Mayor of Tahíche.

La Santa celebrates the Fiestas del Carmen 2018:

6:00 pm. Talk: "Prevention of drug and alcohol consumption".
