1. Alternative Festival Keroxen 2017
The alternative festival Keroxen celebrates its first edition in Lanzarote on May 4, 5 and 6 at the CIC El Almacén, with the participation of artists from up to eight different countries. An avant-garde and eclectic musical selection is the beacon of a three-day program in which styles such as cumbia, rock, postrock, electronic, folk music and rhythms from the world will sound.
2. XXII Arrecife Book Fair
The XXI Arrecife Book Fair will end this saturday May 6, at Charco de San Gines. This "Rafael Arozarena-Mararía" edition will include a meeting between literature and music.
3. XVI Music Week
The XVI Music Week endss this weekend with the Bands meeting this Thursday, May 4, at 7:00 pm. Participants: Tinajo Peña de San Roque Municipal Band, Teguise Band, CIEM Band. At Charco de San Ginés.
While on Friday, May 5, at 6:00 pm the Musical Tale Crazy Animals! is presented. With the "Quinteto de Vientos Aulos" at El Salinero Theater. And at 8:00 pm, the Modern Music Room, with CIEM Bing Band at Charco de San Ginés.
Admission is free, invitations to concerts at "El Salinero" Theater will be picked up at the box office one hour before the concert.
4. XXIV Theater Days Encarnacion Rodriguez
The XXIV Theater Days Encarnación Rodríguez continue this weekend with "A La Deriva", at CSC La Tegala (Haría), on Saturday, May 6th, at 8:30 pm.
5. Disco Night Urban Race Arrecife 2017
The "Disco Night Urban Race Arrecife 2017" is celebrated on Saturday May 6, at 9:00 pm in the capital of Lanzarote. The circuit is divided by 1 lap of 5 km and 2 laps of 10 km. There will also be a free children's race.
On Friday, May 5th, there will be a Zumba Master Class at 8:30 pm, at Islas Canarias Park.
6. "Geolodía" Lanzarote
Cabildo of Lanzarote organizes this Saturday May 6 a new "Geolodía", over the Gayo roads. The geological day will start in Arrecife at 8:30 am. The activity is free, with previous registration (limited places) before 12:00 on on Friday May 5 at geoparquelanzarote@gmail.com.
7. Lluvia De Estrellas de las ETA Acuáridas . Castillo De San Gabriel
Astronomia Lanzarote organizes a new activity to enjoy the Lanzarote sky. On the night of Friday, May 5, from 9:00 pm, you will be able to observe the "ETA Acuáridas" shooting stars, with the moon in its fourth crescent to 50%, from the Castle of San Gabriel, in Arrecife.
8. Moons of the Solar System. Lanzarote Digital Planetarium
Lanzarote Digital Planetarium will present on Friday 5th May another session, special for children (from 4 years), to know the Moons of the Solar System. There will be two times for the activity, at 6:00 pm and at 7:30 pm. Both will be in the Maritime-Fishing IPFP (School of Fishing), in Arrecife.
9. Revolver presents "Capitol"
Revolver presents his 12th studio work "Capitol" in Arrecife. Carlos Goñi's band will perform at the Sala Teatro del Cine Atlántida on Friday, May 5, at 9:00 p.m. 
10. XXIII Festival Coplas Canarias "Guanapay". Homenaje a La Graciosa "Magia Natural".
El XXIII Festival Coplas Canarias "Guanapay", Homenaje a La Graciosa "Magia Natural" se celebra el viernes 5 de mayo a las 21:30 horas, en el Convento de Santo Domingo de Teguise.

Starlight Openair Cinema offers a "Cinematic Music Night", this Saturday May 6th. To Disco through the decades with remote headphones, dancing beside the HD screen and re-live all of your favourite hits of the 70's. This will be a disco dance experience unlike any other. A must for all music lovers!
12. III Cata Insular de Quesos
Uga hosts this weekend the "Tito González Medina Island Cheese Tasting Contest". This great meeting that certifies the quality of the cheeses of the Island will be held on Saturday May 6th and Sunday May 7th. There will also be an Agricultural Market this saturday from 9:30 am, with about 20 exhibitors.
13. Theter: "Ventanas" (Windows). Teguise.
On Saturday, May 6, the play "Ventanas" will be presented at the Teguise Municipal Theater, at 9:00 pm. The work of Dévora Ventura, has the direction of Antonio D. Orellana, in addition to Grupo Soliloquios, Virgnia Barerro, Germán Barrios, Lourdes Bermejo, Neri Crespo, Jesus Santana, J. Miguel Tezanos and Esther Vásquez.
Tickets are priced at € 10 and are on sale at the Teguise Culture Department and Teguise and Costa Teguise Tourist Offices.

This Sunday, May 7th, there will be a Hiking by the Lanzarote Wine Landscape, Vulcano, organized by "Wines of Lanzarote".
