Confirmed: The H&M store will open next Thursday
H&M will open its first store on the island of Lanzarote next Thursday 1 October. People have been waiting for this opening a few months now, because there was no date confirmed. But finally the day has comes.
The new store is located in the Deiland Shopping Centre in Playa Honda. The new H&M store in Lanzarote will host the women's collections, large size women's clothing, maternity fashion for young boy and girl, man and children in a Sale area of approximately 1850 square meters. "This highly anticipated opening of H&M in Lanzarote fills us with emotion, because it allows us to reach more customers to enjoy the fantastic collections of H&M at the best price and always with add value in sustainability," says Doris Klein, director of H&M in Spain and Portugal. This shop has the “Garment Collecting Initiative”, which allow customers in Lanzarote to give new life to clothing that will not be reused in exchange for a discount on your next purchase. Customers can bring unwanted or worn out clothes from any brand to any of its stores as part of its initiative. The objective of this initiative is to close the cycle in fashion textile, reusing the fibers in new clothes. The first H & M store opened in Spain was in 2000. With this opening in Deiland, the group will have 164 shops in Spain.
