Literary Workshop: DON QUIJOTE: A Fresh Look
This friday and saturday It's held the Literary WorkShop: Don Quijote, a fresh look (Taller Literario: El Quijote: una mirada inédita) in the Lanzarote island library, with free entry. The workshop promotes culture and "Quijote" values as part of the spanish identity. Speakers include María Jesús Iglesias and José Ramón Naranjo. 
Literature and Film Workshop for Kids
In the Library of Playa Blanca there is a special activity for children between 7 and 14 years. The Workshop of Film and Literature will be at five in the afternoon on Friday 13 November. 
Storyteller: “Ruffus, the dragon who wanted to be gold”
"Ruffus, the dragon who wanted to be gold" (Ruffus, el dragón que quería ser de oro) is a play, written and narrated by author Patricia Campos Oliveros will take place on Friday November 13 at 18:00 at the Children's Municipal Library in Arrecife. 
Book Presentation: LABERINTO (Maze) horror novel by Miguel Aguerralde
The next Friday, November 13, Miguel Aguerralde presents LABERINTO (Maze, Labyrinth), a novel about loss and loneliness, a tribute to classic horror films and gothic fiction. The book is a fast-paced thriller and tragedy, an escape end. The appointment is at 19.00 at the City Library of Playa Blanca and admission is free. 
Theater
Gaviotas Subterráneas, in Teguise
The Representation of the play "Underground Gulls" (Gaviotas Subterráneas) arrives this Saturday, November 14 at 20:30 hours to the Santo Domingo Convent in Teguise. What would you do to get 80 million euros? With German Barrios and Alby Robayna you will know. The work is a current text about truth and lies, licit and illicit or fair or unfair, that may be pursuing a social goal, even to deceive the friend or brother to get them. 
The entrance is priced at 8 euros and can be purchased the day of the event from an hour earlier.
pROGRAMA aLTERNATIVO de tEATRO LIBRADA
The Amateur Theatre Group Study Arrecife invites to the "pROGRAMA aLTERNATIVO de tEATRO LIBRADA" (alternative program of free theater) this weekend in the room Teathre of LA JARTÁ Theatre (Granada) and its work Fando y Lis. The price of admission is 8 €. The function is Friday at 21:00 pm, while Saturday is at 20:00. Fando y Lis is an adaptation of the famous play written by Fernando Arrabal in 1955. The original text remains intact, almost entirely respecting its 5 main events. 
San Martin Theatre Performance
The San Martin Theatre performance will be this Friday, November 13th at 18:30 in the House of Culture Benito Pérez Armas (Casa de Cultura). Then there will be the lighting of lanterns and parade through the street of the Alameda in Yaiza. Then there will be party with roasted chestnuts, sausages and more surprises, as part of the activities of Yaiza. 
Dance: ANIMAL. Daniel Abreu
The canary choreographer and dancer Daniel Abreu presentes ANIMAL today, Friday 13 November at 21:00 pm in the Lanzarote's Theatre. The show features a cast of dancers which includes Dácil González, Álvaro Frutos, Álvaro Esteban, Anuska Alonso and, of course, Daniel Abreu. The piece is a work of exceptional quality that is among the best that could be seen now in the international scene of contemporary dance.

The IX Mountain Gaida Festival will be Saturday November 14 at 20:30, at the Social Cultural Center in Macher, with performances by: G.F. El Chorro del Farrobillo (Tenerife), A.F. El Despertar de Cedillo (Cáceres) and A. F. Gaida Tías. 
Fiestas de San Francisco Javier
From Friday, November 13 to Sunday November 29, the program of the festival in honor of San Francisco Javier is set in the town of Ye. 
Tomorrow at 10:00 am the little ones can be "Chefs for a Day", while championships "free ball" and "Mixed Round" continue. At 21:00 hours will be the "Play Back Child" by the village children.
