1. Fiestas Santa Rosa de Lima 2016 Órzola
Tonight Orzola starts the celebration of Fiestas Santa Rosa de Lima 2016, with the famous "Fiesta de la Pamela de Órzola 2016" (Hat party), that will start at 10:00 pm at Caleton Blanco with the performances of DJs Juan Hernández, Ivan & Basi and Ray Castellano.
On saturday, the party continues with the concert of Santos & Ledes and Inerxia, also at 10:00 pm.
There will be a Children's Party this Sunday from 12:00 to 5:00 pm at Caleton Blanco, beach, with body painting, games and inflatables. And Sunday Night is going to be a Humor night, with comedian Omayra Cazorla at 9:30 pm.
2. Jameos Music Festival 2016
Every sesion of the Jameos Music Festival is sold out! We really hope you have your ticket for this amazing event in the stage of Jameos del Agua. 5. XXII Travesía a nado San Ginés RCNA
This saturday is the VII Open Water Swimming Cup. Lanzarote 2016 in Arrecife at 4:15 pm, with the Swimming Crossing in San Gines.
6. Geoloruta. El Rubicón
Geopark Lanzarote and Chinijo Archipelago organize a "Geoloruta" (geological route) at The Rubicon, Saturday 20 August. From Salinas de Janubio to Faro La Pechiguera.
7. Concert: "Soul, Funk & Other Drugs" Nia Verona
Arrecife Gran Hotel & SPA presents the concert "Soul, Funk & Other Drugs" of Nia Verona, this Saturday at 9:00 pm. The show of Nia and her band includes songs from her new album "Stronger" & great hits covers (Aretha Franklin, Etta James, Adele, Stevie Wonder). Admission is free.
8. Fiestas en honor al Sagrado Corazón de María 2016. Caleta de Famara
Caleta de Famara celebrates the Fiestas en honor al Sagrado Corazón de María 2016 from this Friday until August 28th.
Sports, movies, folk, games, fishing contests, workshops and a lot of music and fun is what we expect of these 10 days of festivities. There will be free transportation and maximum security.
Sunday is the Famara Total Trail, a race between Caleta de Famara and Villa de Teguise. The distance will be 7, 14, 28 and 42 km. There will also be a 7k walk. The children's race is on Saturday at 6:30 pm "Famara Total Chinijo".
9. Inflatables. Deiland.
On Saturday from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm there will be a childrens activity at Deiland Mall with inflatables all morning.
