12:30 pm: Mass and subsequent land-sea procession in honor of the Sacred Heart of Mary, patroness of La Caleta and its people, accompanied by the Municipal Band. The organization encourages sprucing up, sprucing boats and retrieve the seafaring tradition.

3. Summer Day Together! Sara Protectora
On Saturday 27 August you can spend a summer day with the dogs of Animal shelter Sara Protectora. With your help, there will be a Festival of water to enjoy with puppies from a cool and fun day.
Do you want to walk and have fun with the dogs? Anyone who attends to walk to one of the doggies will get a complimentary mini VeganBurger, and the recipe too. It’s this Saturday from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm at Sara Protectora Shelter.
4. Cuéntame, Yaiza - I Festival del cuento
The First Storytelling Festival of Yaiza "Cuentame, Yaiza" (Tell me) is held Friday and Saturday in the Culture House in Yaiza, with a varied repertoire for all audiences and ages.
* Cuentos Musicoilustrados: Stories with music and illustrations. Friday at 8:30 pm. For over 12 years old and adults.
* Bebecuentos: (Babystories) Stories for kids from 0 to 36 months. Saturday, at Playa Blanca Library at 6:00 pm.
*Cuentos a tres voces: (Three voices stories). Stories for the whole family. Also this saturday in Playa Blanca, at Avenida Maritima at 7:30 pm.
5. III "Mini Chef" Workshop
On Saturday August 27, Kabongy offers the III "Mini Chef" Workshop from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. In this activity for children, they will learn how to make your own apron and chef hat, also it will discussed the importance of hygiene when cooking and the ingredients that are going to be used to bake cookies with M & Ms. Places are limited and the price is 6 €.
6. Exhibition: "Feliz en el Charco", by Chico Esteban "CHESS".
The Exhibition: "Feliz en el Charco", by Esteban Chico "CHESS" will be at the Municipal Exhibition Hall of the Charco de San Gines from August 24th to September 24th.
