2. Fiestas de San Antonio in Tías
Tias programming for the Festival of San Antonio brings many surprises. A wine tasting that will be today, activities for children, zumba party with bright colors, a lot of sport and music.

San Antonio celebrations continue in Güime. You won't want to miss anything and enjoy every activity with family and friends.
THURSDAY JUNE 9
6:30 pm. Desserts Competition, Tortillas, liquor and wines. Registration half hour before the activity.
FRIDAY JUNE 10
9:30 pm. Canary Islands music, with performances by the folklore group Guadarfía and Parranda El Geito.
SATURDAY JUNE 11
5:30 pm. Football match between married and unmarried. On the court Güime Civic Center.
9:00 pm. Kids Fashion Gala, with the collaboration of "ECOCHINIJOS". Then the Verbena with Kimera and orchestra and Duo Atlantis Swing.
SUNDAY JUNE 12
11:00 am. Solidarity Race Güime departing from the streets: San Antonio, La Molina, El Barranco, ending at the square. Registration half hour before the race. You can collaborate with a liter or kilo of non-perishable food. Join in and participate!
Then, Families and neighbors meeting.
Enjoy with your family sharing a meal and dancing to music. Inflatables and games for children.
6:30 pm. Young and adult gymkhana in the church square. Registration half hour before the activity.
4. Arrecifest 2016
On 9, 10 and 11 June is celebrated "Arrecifest 2016" on the Court Annexed to the Socio-Cultural Center in Maneje.
These 3 days you can enjoy a variety of shows, including music concerts from flamenco to commercial music, a comedy festival, Holi Fun Festival (Not free), beer festival, tapa festival ... and many more surprises.
Thursday will be: Parrita, David Barrull and Sentimiento Con Arte. For Friday there will the performance of: Manolo Vieira, Piedra Pómez, Victor Lemes and then the Humor Gala:Grupo Bomba, Ruymán Glez, Basilio Coco and Javi Sanchez. Finally on Saturday from 11:00 am to 8:00 there will be free admission gastronomic festival, beer festival, Holi Fun Festival (not free) and evening Dasoul, Pedro Diaz, Juan Hernandez and Mike Cabrera.
5. Sonidos Líquidos. Malvasia Volcánica Weekend 2016
This friday and saturday is the Malvasía Volcánica Weekend 2016, of Sonidos Líquidos. This musical and wine experience will take place in La Geria, where you can enjoy the best live music with the groups:
Supersubmarina, Ciempiés Ni Cabeza, The Birkins (Official) and LCDM on friday from 7:30 pm.
And on saturday, from 5:00 pm, there will be the performance of Aurora & The Betrayers , Alejandro Acosta Fuel Fandango ) Dj Set, The Academic, Gaspard Royant, The Limboos, Tokio Revolver and Dj Ze Pequeño .
The band "Aurora & The Betrayers" will close the show on Saturday's evening, after they took the place of Fuel Fandango, a band that had to cancel due to health problems of their singer Nita.
For this incredible experience, remember that La Geria is a fragile and protected space, so it is recommended to use sustainable transport, with Bus Service provided by the organization.
6. El Sabor de los Senderos. Exhibition, talk and Night route
On Friday June 10, at 7:00 pm, there will be a photo exhibition of trails made in San Bartolome Municipality and a talk by Ignacio Romero "Nacho", entitled "Senderos de origen beréber" (Paths of Berber origin) in El Beréber bar in the Guanarame street, 57 Playa Honda.
On Saturday June 11th at 7:30 pm, it will start the route from Montaña Blanca, walking through Güime and Playa Honda.
The price is 12 €, includes transportation from Playa Honda, played trail, live music and "picoteo" at the Bar El Beréber. For more information call 928 521 200.
7. "X Memorial Francisco Bermúdez 'Pancho'" Football Tournament”
The CF Sporting Tías organizes its Youth Football Tournament in junior category on 10 and 11 June. In the X Memorial Bermudez Francisco "Pancho tournament, the teams CDU Puerto del Carmen, UD Lanzarote, Sotavento Playas, CF Unión Viera and CD Tinajo will participate. Juan Carlos Valeron and Sesé Rivero, among others, will offer a talk on Saturday June 11 at the Teatro Municipal de Tías
Admission to attend this colloquium talk is free and open to the public in general.
8. LisMills Grit Cardio
Grit LisMills Cardio is the use of hands-free exercises, body weight and mobilization of the body itself in space (push-up, Burpees, skeeping, etc.). This activity will be on Saturday June 11 at 12:00 pm in the Municipal Pavilion of Tias.
9. Canary Islands with Venezuela. Medicine and Medical Supplies Collection Campaign in Arrecife.
"Canarias con Venezuela, ayúdanos a ayudar" (Canary Islands with Venezuela, help us hel) is an iniciative of "Venezolanos 2 en Lanzarote" (Venezuelans in Lanzarote), inviting locals, latins, venezuelans and residents to help this saturday with the medicine and medical supplies collection campaign in Arrecife, from 6:00 to 9:00 pm, to send this items to Venezuela.
These essential products for health care are not currently available on Venezuela, so it is important to collaborate with the solidarity of all to save lives in the Latin American country.
The collection will be from 6:00 to 9:00 pm in the Plaza Simon Bolivar of Arrecife.
You can collaborate with: Syringes, blood pressure monitors, diapers, masks for nebulization (pediatric and adult), gauze and sutures, containers for urinalysis, sterile gloves, enotraqueal tube, colostomy bags.
10. I Classical Concert Cycle in Arrecife
This Saturday the Lanzarote Classical Orchestra continues the I Classical Concert Cycle in Arrecife, which purports to be an appointment for music lovers. And this Saturday, at 8:30 pm in the Sala José Saramago, will be the "String Quartet and Fagot" concert. The string quartet made up of musicians who work with OCL on this occasion will accompany the bassoonist Miguel Ángel Mesa.
In addition, at 12:30 pm there will be a small concert or "Petit concert" (Free) as a prelude to the evening concert at La Plazuela in Arrecife.
11. Concert “Aromas de semillas”
Violinist Itahisa Darias and guitarist Fran Yanes will be on Friday June 10 at the Casa-Museo del Timple at 9:00 pm, with the show "Aromas de Semillas" (Aroma Seed) which reflects the origin of popular music in different areas of the world, through the violin and guitar. Tickets are priced at 10 euros.
