Playa Blanca celebrates the Fiestas del Carmen from this Saturday, with celebrations to honor the patron saint of the people and the sailors.
Saturday, July 15
5:00 pm. VIII Basketball Tournament 3X3 Ntra. Ms. Del Carmen on the esplanade at the back of the "Guaguas Station" in Playa Blanca.
8:00 pm. II Phase of the Tournament of Envite.
9:00 pm. Meeting of Popular Music Parranda Janubio. With the Guest Parranda "Parranderos and punto" from Tenerife. Then Verbena with the Group "TUYO".
Sunday, July 16
7:00 pm. Solemn function accompanied by the Yaiza choir. Followed by the procession of the virgin Carmen through the streets of Playa Blanca, accompanied by the municipal band of Yaiza and welcome to the virgin in the plaza of Carmen by the Rubicón folkloric group.
9:15 pm. Concert by Manny Manuel and Ángel Lopez singer of Son by Four, at the Plaza del Carmen.
5. Julio Joven 2017. San Bartolomé y Playa Honda.
San Bartolomé continues to celebrate "Julio Joven 2017" with a program of recreational, cultural and sport activities for young people between 12 and 35 years old. This weekend you can enjoy great activities in San Bartolomé and Playa Honda.
